Shipping and Returns
We offer 3 options to receive your purchases:
Postage - for smaller items, this is included in the purchase price.
Courier - we have standardised this price at £100 per item. This is to a ground floor location only. If there are any stairs involved the price could increase. If you would prefer to collect this is also possible.
Collection - some items are listed as collection only, the item could be too delicate to send or is just not practical to send. These items are listed so you can see more of what is available at the barn.
Returns
Returns must be notified within 14 days. Returns are at the buyers cost unless an item has been misdescribed. Items being returned must be in the same condition they were sent in and well packaged.
International Orders
Please note we only ship within the UK. If you are an international customer you are welcome to arrange your own shipping and collection from us at The Barn in Milton-under-Wychwood by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange.
Packaging
Where possible we use recycled packaging and will pack as well as we possibly can. We are a very small team so postage can take up to a week and courier bookings will be made for delivery as fast as we can find a slot.
